To a peaceful sleep with lavender
If you get sleepless nights and heavy thoughts due to too much fatigue and things that are bothering you, save yourself by inhaling lavender steam.
Pour warm water into a deep bowl, add a few drops of lavender oil, cover your head with a towel and inhale the steam for three to five minutes.
You will surely fall asleep soon with a peaceful, fragrant sleep.
The second method requires more time, but is also more than effective. That is – a warm bath with lavender oil.
Fill your tub with water at a temperature not exceeding 37 degrees. Mix a tablespoon of milk and 7-10 drops of lavender essential oil and pour into water. Take a bath and enjoy the magical scent, but no longer than 15 minutes.
